What is Co-Living
Co-Living is a modern way of living where people share living space and a set of interests, and values. It’s a new take on an old idea, re-imagined by the millennial generation that values sharing economy, openness and collaboration. Co-Living offers:
Convenience: finding a place to live and settling-in is much quicker than traditional housing. You don't have to worry about buying furniture, cleaning or basic amenities.
Community: living in a city can feel lonely. We wanted to solve this problem by bringing people together to to create real connections. We have multiple areas where people can gather, includig a co-working and community room with a stage for performances.
Cost: living in our community could save you up to half on rent, so you can spend your money on things you love!

The application process can be completed entirely online. A team member will send an application link, which will ask you for relevant information about you. There’s a $25 application fee to cover a background and credit check for each suite occupant. We’ll also need income verification documents such as your most recent pay stub, 3 months of bank statements showing all income, or an offer letter.

Belong Living has a set of rules and regulations that are spelled out in the lease agreement. The weekday quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and 12am to 9am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is just to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

We have one suite with a private bathroom that can accomodate two people. There is an additional $100 monthly fee for each person living in your suite with you.

Once you sign a lease we will provide you a link to pay online. Most of our members prefer setting up autopay through their online portal to make sure their payments get in on time. We also accept checks, cashier’s check, and credit cards for payments. There’s a 3% processing fee for credit card and debit card payments.

If something comes up and you need to terminate your agreement, we require 30 days’ notice. You will be responsible to pay your rent for the last 30 days as well as an early termination fee per your lease agreement.
